The Company

We have created an on-line accommodation and activity reservation system that can be used in a variety of tourism applications.  The company consists of the Developer/Financer, Project Manager, Programmers and Website Host.  Our team has a keen interest in licensing the reservation system to multiple users, targeted towards the tourism industry. 

Mission Statement

“The mission of Integrated Reservation Systems is to sell multiple licenses to accommodation and activity companies across Canada and enhance the presence of Canada as a tourist destination on the world wide web.  We are dedicated to building long-term relationships with customers through quality training and customer support, and want to be recognized as one of the most affordable and functional shopping cart reservation systems in the tourism market.  Our goal is to grow by targeting a variety of key markets, and build a solid base of customers month over month with an annual target of 12 licensed users per year, by the end of the second year.

Management Team and Key Personnel

Glacier Creek Group of Companies – an innovative group of shareholders that operate a variety of businesses from development and contracting, hospitality, adventure club and financing/investment.  The synergies the variety of businesses presents enhances any project they become involved in.  Their principal role is finance and development of the product.

Resort Accommodation Consulting – Cheryl Waters is an entrepreneur with 11 years of hospitality experience in hotel/property management, including executive administration, reservations, front office management, hotel operational and human resources management.  Her principal role is development of the product and operations of the company. She has brought her understanding of what tools are required to operate and manage an on line reservations system for accommodation and activity bookings, as well as, what simplicity the guests require to easily make an on line reservation.

Easy-Ebiz – Stephen Pogany and Warren Moxley, combine their technical knowledge and are the programmers of the system, set up market search tactics and can also set up the website.  Their principal role is programming the ongoing development and set up of licensed users to the web based system.  Easy-EBiz was started by Stephen Pogany, a computer consultant that has been helping businesses get on the Internet since 1995. A Sheridan College Marketing Program graduate, Stephen has always been interested in helping businesses succeed online and this company was the natural progression of his interests in computer consulting, marketing, and programming. By teaming up with experienced computer programmer Warren Moxley, Easy-Ebiz has been able to develop state of the art reservation systems that are both easy to use and feature rich.

Resort AC – Troy Assaly completed a four-year Commerce Degree, majoring in Marketing and Computers, from the University of British Columbia. He has held several management positions since, including Hudson's Bay Co., Sunkist Growers Inc., Blackcomb Mountain, Canadian Snowmobile & ATV Adventures, and Eagle Ski, Snowboard & Golf Tours.  Currently, Troy owns and operates two Internet-based businesses: HYPERLINK"http://www.ResortWebMarketing.com" www.ResortWebMarketing.com - hosting 250 + websites.  HYPERLINK "http://www.ResortAc.com" www.ResortAc.com - advertising 150 + Whistler vacation rentals.  He is versed in management and has the know-how required to market and operate a thriving Internet-based business. Troy is the web host and web marketing expert.  He works with Easy-Ebiz on the initial set up and can provide additional services as an option to the licensed users.
